city hall. This is the location of choice for Ville de Kadence’s upper class. Decorated with the finest treasures from all across the world, City Hall is a magnificent sight to behold. Its towering spires look like the arms of a castle, shading and protecting the rest of the village in a display that rivals the very palace of the French king. Politics run rampant in this place, as infectious as the rats of the alleys (and likely just as much a nuisance).
